  • Abstract: Although a remote workplace is not new, many organizations shifted their workforce to a remote environment in response to the Global Pandemic. In this workshop, we will introduce our Online Learning Modules, specifically the ‘Mastering the Hybrid Workplace’ module whose purpose is to help team members and their supervisors with this transition. Additionally, the course may assist current remote employees improve their home-office situation. Finally, the course provides information on how to return to an office situation after being remote temporarily.

Experiential learning
